MEET THE SPEAKERS…
After graduating in 2016, Creativity Director and Quirk Finder Chloe Ambrose hopped from in-house marketing teams to agencies before coming to the realisation…noone is making enough time for creativity! The type of creative thinking that questions existing practices and challenges how we tick the marketing box – choosing, instead, curiosity, wonder, empathy, new ideas over sameness. So, she set out to do two things; help creativity-and-brand-stuck businesses shake off their stagnant ways with a new creative direction, and help Business Owners differentiate themselves with a unique brand quirk.
Jerry Angrave is a Certified Customer Experience Professional and managing director of Empathyce. Jerry helps companies, especially airports and airlines, build customer experience strategies and programs. He founded Empathyce in 2012 and since then has been consulting, carrying out interim management roles and supporting colleagues’ professional development. In 2020 Jerry published The Journey Mapping Playbook.
Janet Bebb is a highly regarded social media marketing trainer, speaker and consultant.
One of only a handful of Accredited Facebook #SheMeansBusiness Trainers in the UK and works with Facebook through Enterprise Nation. Janet is a certified Facebook Blueprint Digital Marketing Associate and a badged Facebook Lead Trainer for Facebook Blueprint. Recognised as one of Enterprise Nation’s ‘Top 10 Advisers’ in 2015 and again in 2021, she has over 15 years’ experience in business and enterprise support. Janet & her team at Social Progress support SMEs and larger corporates with social media marketing, strategy and planning, social advertising campaigns, social media management, in-house and open social media workshops, 1:1 social media training, social media onboarding and digital reviews.
Andy Lambert has over 12 years’ experience creating markets, building profitable businesses, and leadership roles in industry-leading SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) organizations. Working exclusively in B2B SaaS, he has led sales and marketing teams, created two businesses from scratch, and achieved significant exits. In 2016, Andy joined two others as one of the founding team of ContentCal, a social media marketing SaaS product. Over the course of five years, they raised over $10m, grew to be used by multiple thousands of customers in over 100 countries, won numerous awards, and, at the end of 2021 were acquired by Adobe Inc. In 2022 Andy published his book Social 3.0.
Tim Hughes is universally recognised as the world leading pioneer and innovator of Social Selling.
Tim is currently ranked Number 1 by Onalytica as the most influential social selling person in the world. In 2021, Linkedin said he was one of the top 8 sales experts globally to follow and Brand 24 announced recently he was the 16th most influential person in marketing globally, based on measured social media influence.
