The Role:

A gorgeous newly created content creator role where you will take full ownership of the social media and content for a new and exciting marketing agency .

It’s possibly everybody’s dream set up…you can be full or part-time, work flexible hours and part-remotely, but when you go to the office there’s a super vibe, it’s fun, its friendly… and there are office dogs (yay! – Feel free to take your own dog in too!).  Basically, you’ll want to work hard and be passionate about doing a great job but will reap the rewards of a flexible and creative environment.

You’re surrounded by cafes, gyms, places to walk/run and shop, so squeezing your morning jog is easy – as is grabbing a coffee and chilling by the waterfront to garner your inspiration for the day (or whatever floats your boat!)

You:

You will look after social media campaigns for the whole client base – primarily in the b2b space, this will include developing social campaign ideas and administering them yourself, to creating branded content and also engagement.

Excellent writing skills are essential; and you’ll have some previous experience under your  belt, even if its internships, your own personal blogs, freelance work etc.

If the Creative Director comes up with a headline, you’ll already be starting to craft potential campaigns and content to support that idea.

And you’ll LOVE to learn, there’ll be a host of (sometimes complex) industries that you’ll need to understand and be able to turn campaigns into something engaging and relatable.

An eye for aesthetics is crucial, you need switch your tone and style for a range of clients.

The role isn’t strategic, and you will be rolling out the social media yourself, so it’s a “get your hands dirty” kinda of role as opposed to managing a team.
