Moxie & Mettle

Are you a talented Marketing Assistant/Executive looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a thriving company? Look no further!

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join a small marketing team in a professional but creative business.

The Marketing Executive will help to and drive marketing initiatives to new heights. If you have at least one year of experience in marketing, along with digital marketing expertise, we want to hear from you.

There is a list of skills that are all nice to have but you don’t need to tick ALL the boxes.

You might have a years’ marketing experience after studying or maybe you’re returning to work after some time out. As long as you have the right attitude, energy and vision to bring fresh ideas to the team.

The salary and title can be amended to reflect the level of experience, i.e. Marketing Executive or Marketing Assistant.

The role is predominantly office based in central Bristol, certainly for the first 3 months. But it can then become hybrid with one day a week remote. There is also the option for flexible working, so if you have to start/leave outside of the standard working hours, that can be accommodated.

So, what do you need?

Previous digital marketing is a must, and a relevant qualification/degree is also high up on the list.

Nice to haves:

  • Creative experience/skills, Adobe, Photoshop, and Illustrator would be great as this is an area that could be strengthened within the team.  All the creative work is managed internally.
  • Highly organised and methodical with a strong ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
  • A zest for social media and digital marketing.
  • Creative by nature with a passion for marketing, and a flair for copywriting
  • Have excellent brand and design awareness.

Duties:

  • Take charge of the digital presence. Including the website and other digital assets, with a focus on driving traffic growth.
  • Monitor dashboards to stay informed about on-site performance, reporting to the wider team when necessary.
  • Produce marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, case studies, templates and other marketing collateral.
  • Create and amend artwork as briefed.
  • Communicate well with internal teams so that design briefs are met.
  • Build campaign pages in a timely manner.
