We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager, or Marketing Executive who is ready for a step up, to join an established business with a great culture, as they prepare to launch a disruptive new Tech product into the market. Although it’s a new product and it’ll feel a lot like working for a start-up, you’ll be part of a well-financed, respected group of companies with a recognised brand in the industry sector.
Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, this is the ideal opportunity for a talented Marketing Manager or Marketing Executive, who is excited by the opportunity to take a new product to market, help position the brand correctly, devise the marketing strategy, and help execute it.

What you’ll be doing?

  • Support the Campaign Manager with the design, implementation, and delivery of a new marketing strategy campaigns schedule across both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Build and implement, monitor and optimise online and offline campaigns across a range of marketing channels.
  • Day-to-day implementation and management of lead generation activity across all marketing campaigns (may include PPC, Paid Social, SEO, SEM, Email, Inbound).
  • Work with the Social Media team to develop content marketing campaigns and social channels.
  • You’ll need to roll your sleeves up from time to time, as does the wider Marketing function – this means some Marketing admin such as data gathering, data analysis, content uploads and data inputting.
  • Daily monitoring, weekly and monthly reporting on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement to conversion rates and against agreed KPIs.

What experience you’ll need to apply?

  • An experienced Marketing Manager or Marketing Executive with experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working in the Tech sector or another disruptive sector would be great but isn’t essential.
  • B2B or B2C marketing backgrounds are very welcome.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write dynamic content.
  • Demonstrable project management skills.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and third parties.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM, and Marketing systems (Salesforce and Pardot), is desirable (but you’ll have technical experts to support in these areas).
