Hybrid or remote working?

So let’s chat about hybrid working in relation to this role.  The rest of the team are based from the offices in Chelsea, London, most of the time.

The CEO is more interested in output than presenteeism!  Having said that, team is important so you really must be happy with regular travel and attendance at the offices, for meetings, trainings, team events.  And of course, many of the important and relevant media and events are very much London based, so again, you need to be happy travelling  to and working in the capital.  When you are not in London, you can be based anywhere, as long as you get the job done.
