We are very excited to be supporting a lovely Client of ours, a specialist travel brand with offices in central Bristol. This vacancy would be a strong match for someone who already gained some experience as a Social Media Assistant, Social Media Executive, Social Media Officer or Social Media Coordinator.

What you’ll be doing

The successful candidate will report into the Content Manager they will work as a part of much larger marketing team. This role will be a mixture of strategic and hands on. In this brand new vacancy, the postholder will manage a range of social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn. They will also introduce new channels and use the “test and learn” approach to figure out which new channels perform best for their target audience. Day to day responsibilities will include content creation, storytelling, community management, campaigns and reporting. As a part of this role, the Social Media Specialist will also work closely with other stakeholders within the business.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Previous experience working in a similar role within a consumer industry.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms especially Facebook, Instagram, X and LinkedIn.
  • Outstanding copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Effortless stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • True passion for travel.
