As well as hiring a Paid Media Manager, they’ve set up an internal agency function to service the various brands, so you’ll have a world-class creative team to call upon, as well as a CMO, Head of Paid, SEO Manager, and PPC Manager. You’ll need to be hands-on in executing implementing and monitoring Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns to generate growth within the company’s existing customer base, value adds, and winning back lapsed customers.
This is a huge opportunity and will be well-suited to an experienced Paid Media professional who has worked in a fast-growth Tech, Web or IT business with multiple brands and a global customer base. They’ve got big plans, and the Paid Media Manager will play a key role in driving the company’s growth.

Experience you’ll need
- Craft and manage Paid Campaigns across various platforms including for Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) with a focus on ROI on an international basis.
- Proven ability in setting up successful Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Email campaigns.
- Manage large budgets and be confident in working within large-scale and rapid-growth environments.
- Analytically minded, skilled in analysing and reporting on campaign data.
- Thorough understanding of the Digital landscape and how Paid Media sits within this.
