We’re looking for a Paid Social Specialist with a background in working with D2C/Ecommerce brands to join one of Bristol’s leading agencies, this is a brand new role!As Paid Social Executive, you’ll take the lead on implementation, managing and reporting on Paid Social campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Twitter Ads, it’s a bonus if you have experience in other Paid Social platforms! This Paid Social position will sit within the creative studio and will be supported by a super talented team. This is a truly exciting opportunity for a Paid Social Executive or similar with Ecommerce/D2C experience, wanting to join a well-known established agency!
What you’ll be doing
- Plan, develop, and execute Paid Social campaigns on platforms including Meta, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Utilise analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance, providing detailed reports and insights.
- Optimise campaigns through A/B testing and budget management to maximise ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align paid social strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Develop engaging ad copy and visuals to boost user interaction and conversions.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends and platforms to innovate campaign strategies.
- Communicate marketing strategies and performance insights effectively to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Experience you’ll need
- Experience in a similar Paid Social position, ideally within an agency environment.
- Strong skills in developing and implementing Paid Social campaigns across Meta platforms in particular, additional platform experience would be highly advantageous.
- Ability to track and manage budgets with a focus on ROI.
