We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join a global communications consultancy as they look to grow out their digital team. This is a client facing role that will encompass all things social from creating strategies through to day-to-day maintenance of accounts both organic and paid as well as influencer campaigns.

What you’ll be doing

As the Social Media Manager, you’ll work within a newly created digital team and support the company and their clients. You will create and execute the new organic and paid social media strategy  and content whilst keeping up to date with the latest digital trends to target the correct B2B/B2C audiences – predominantly across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter (X) and TikTok. This role will also require you to build and maintain the current influencer network and manage those relationships.

You’ll be responsible for tracking and analysing the social campaigns and manage the content accordingly, reporting the management team your findings and providing data lead insights. As this role is client facing, you will be responsible for managing the accounts and play a part in client briefings as well as managing client expectations and delivering on those, always championing the agency’s values and brands.

What experience you’ll need

  • At least 4 years’ experience within Social Media Management
  • Experience working across both organic and paid social campaigns
  • A marketing/creative agency background
  • Sound content creation skills with great attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of all social media channels – Mainly LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram and TikTok
  • Strong visual design skills
  • Working knowledge across both B2B and B2C markets
  • To be highly organised, self-motivated and a real team player
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Someone with confidence – this role is client facing
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal
