JOB FUNCTION: We are looking for an industry-leading social media and content lead to develop the way in which Chelsea grows, engages and monetise audiences in the UK and globally.

This position will be a key part of a newly created entertainment division at Chelsea, reporting into the Director of Entertainment, and will be expected to play a key role in liaising with other lead members of this area of the marketing department to drive growth and repositioning of the Chelsea brand.

With over 150 million followers across Chelsea’s social accounts, this role will play a vital role in engaging top of funnel audiences, and driving growth with both UK and international audiences.

This role will also oversee how Chelsea can better syndicate and distribute content around the men’s and women’s teams, forming key partnerships.
