Social Media Producer

We’re looking for a new Social Media Producer who will bring to life our visual identity, influencing branding and content across all social touch points. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of production and content in collaboration with the social and marketing teams.

Reporting to the Founder, duties include:

• Ensuring our social team are equipped to create engaging and innovative video content for a global audience
• Planning and managing the social media posting schedule
• Posting across all social media platforms
• Managing push and content requests from other departments
• Keeping the social team accountable for deadlines
• Managing our engagement strategy, focusing on driving follower growth and engagement rates
• Monitoring social media trends
• Working in parallel with the marketing team to produce on-trend content

About You

You’ll be super organised and have strong knowledge across all social media platforms, as well as a good understanding of how brands can use social media to engage online audiences.

In addition, you must have:

• A proven track record in social media production
• Previous management experience
• An enthusiasm for social media
• A passion for engaging with our customer
• Experience using brand guidelines
• Multitasking skills
• A proactive attitude with a curiosity to learn and adapt to new social media
• The ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Confidence when dealing with customers internally and externally
