We’re working with a fantastic established Digital agency based in Bristol, who are looking to add a Paid Media Specialist to their team. As Paid Media Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for all things Paid Search and Paid Social, and will have the opportunity to scope out strategies, be hands on in the implementation, management and success of Paid Ad campaigns for a variety of B2C and B2B companies. This is a lovely opportunity to join a talented team and own the Paid Media function and would suit someone coming from an agency background, with experience in a similar, all-encompassing Paid Media role. You’ll play a pivotal role within the agency and there will be good opportunities for development here! What you’ll be doing

  • Create, implement, and optimise Paid Media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and Bing Ads for a variety of B2C and B2B clients.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and optimise account spending and performance.
  • Oversee bidding strategy, budget caps, impression share, CTR, CPA, and quality scores.
  • Implement and monitor scripts for budget caps, CPA rules, etc.
  • Create and optimise PPC landing pages and test and optimise creative copy.
  • Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for Paid Media activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaigns, develop creative solutions for prospecting, and enhance performance results.
  • Stay updated on PPC industry trends and developments.
