You will be joining a dynamic Paid Media team where you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and optimising paid social media campaigns. With a salary of up to £50,000, this is a brilliant opportunity to excel in the world of digital marketing.

With a focus on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn, you will leverage your expertise to drive engagement, generate leads, and optimise ROI for clients’ marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies aligned with clients’ business objectives and target audience across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
  • Manage and optimise paid social media campaigns for hospitality, education, leisure, and entertainment clients, utilising platform-specific tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with in-house project managers, strategy, planning, design, and development teams to ensure seamless execution of paid social media campaigns aligned with clients’ overall digital marketing strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages optimised for conversions on various platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • A/B test ad creatives, audience targeting, and ad placements to maximise campaign effectiveness for hospitality, education, leisure, and entertainment clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Paid Social clients, confidently consulting on paid social media strategies, budgetary queries, campaign performance, optimization opportunities.
  • Lead client meetings and presentations, effectively articulating campaign results, strategic recommendations, and industry insights to Director-level clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and a customer-centric approach.
